Community Information - We had a great turn-out for our second Community Memorial Day Service. We had a small parade with the US Coast Guard Honor Guard and the John J Leonard High School band followed by our vets, cheerleaders and Uncle Sam. The service included a guest speaker as well as tribute to our deceased service members. The Coast Guard officer then raised our flag to full height at the conclusion of the service
Lunch followed in the newly decorated Galaxy Room. Games and a sing-along were included. The fun didn't stop there, games continued outside at the pool. There was steel drum music and frozen drinks to enhance the mood.
